A new weekend is here and you are trying to decided what to do. Unfortunately, with all that is happening with COVID, there is not much that we can do right now. By now, you are probably sick of eating meals indoors. A juicy, greasy burger tastes that much better when you eat out at a restaurant, as opposed to eating it at home. Plus, there is no mess to clean up either!
Under the current conditions, we all definitely need to be more cautious when we go out in public. When going to restaurants, it is probably best to stick with outdoor dining when we can. Here are a few places in the Bel Air and surrounding areas that offer outdoor dining. Since there are not many events going on this summer, at least you can get out to a local restaurant and eat some food!
Looney's Pub in Bel Air has a really nice outdoor patio. Their food is solid and the portions are huge. They pretty much have something for everyone. If you're looking for some amazing steamed shrimp in the area, this is definitely the place to order them. Another great spot with outdoor dining in Bel Air is Magerk's Pub. Grab a chicken cheeseteak when you are there!
If you are not in the Bel Air area, there are also other outdoor options. If you are more towards the eastern part of the county - Aberdeen, Havre de Grace, Belcamp, you can check out Riverside Pub and Grille. This is located in the Belcamp area. It is a solid local spot that has temporary outdoor dining set up in their parking lot. If you're more towards the Havre de Grace way, you can head to Tidewater Grille. You can grab a drink and some food while you sit and enjoy the views of the Chesapeake Bay. After having dinner at Tidewater, you can grab desert at Bomboy's Ice Cream. They have great hand made ice cream! Once dinner and desert are done, you can walk the boardwalk by the bay to burn off some of those calories!
