About Tim!

Hello! My name is Tim Lozinak and I am excited to help you in your home buying or selling process.  Buying and selling a home can be stressful, so let us help you out in navigating the process!

I have lived in Harford County, MD most of my life except for the years that I attended the University of Delaware (2009 – 2012).

I played Varsity Tennis for the University of Delaware and most people around here know me as the tennis guy. I still enjoy playing in my spare time with my friends that I have gotten to know over the years.

I am the proud dog Dad of two little dogs – Louie and Pixie. Combined, they weigh a total of 15 pounds! In the fall of September 2020, I married the love of my life, Katie.  Katie, Louie, Pixie, and I reside in Forest Hill, Maryland.

I know this area well and it is a great spot to work, live, and be a part of the community. There is always something going on and you are extremely accessible to major cities, beaches, restaurants, transportation, sports teams, etc. Harford County is a great spot as there is always plenty to do, but there are also quiet spots with the beautiful farms and open land that we have.

I have a unique background as I have spent my professional career working in the restaurant and hospitality industries.  

My focus is getting to know you and making sure that you are 100% satisfied. I treat each situation differently and recognize that small details are extremely important. I look forward to working with you and helping you out!  Let's make 2022 another great year!
